The air-conditioned and spacious classic double room with incredibly comfortable beds was fantastic.

Great location and great value for money. We were accommodated in the studio (5 persons). The room went over the corner of the building and thus had a great view. Very friendly staff.

Only a few minutes walk from the main station in Graz. Not far from the hotel tram stop - central location, because also the city centre of Graz was easy to reach after a short walk. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - my wish for a quiet room was gladly fulfilled. Very good breakfast buffet

Carpeting and the light at the bed had some wear and tear on the wallpaper - the single room is very narrow, but for 1 night it serves its purpose.

The hotel's central location is perfect for exploring the city, with the main square just a short walk away or easily accessible by tram. The staff here really go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need, including air conditioning and a coffee/tea maker. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious and offers a great start to the day.

No major issues, everything was great.

We just arrived from this hotel (family with two kids, 6y and 10 months) and we are absolutely satisfied with the hotel. A bit scared during reading other reviews, but figured out that hotel is really great. Great stuff, great location, huge room (nr. 107), huge double bed, so we sleep without problem with our older daughter together. Looks like families with small kids are not often guests of this hotel, so on the breakfast first day, they didn't had a baby chair. A day after, day bought two new baby chairs. Buffet breakfast was also great. Located on 10 minutes walk from the old town. We can recommend this hotel.

Some strong smell in the room after cleaner. otherwise everything OK

The hotel is very close to the main station and only a short walk away from the city center. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely shower. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent advice on where to eat and how to get around. The hotel facilities were great as there were free bikes available to use and leaflets about local tourism in the lounge.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room was spacious and clean. The facilities functioned well. The parking was near, in the courtyard of the hotel, and easy to use.

The wireless internet did not function with my laptop. The hotel staff said so and so, but I have been using the same laptop in a lot of other hotels without any problem. They had a desktop at the reception so it was offered me to use it.
